For eighteen years, and across more than 800 completed projects — from Dubai and Abu Dhabi to all seven emirates, with commissions delivered internationally — Platinum Vision has been one of the UAE’s leading names in home cinema, home automation and networking.
Everything is handled by our own people. Our in-house designers, engineers and certified programmers take each commission from first concept through installation, precision calibration and lifetime support — nothing is outsourced. As a Crestron house, with Lutron and Dynalite lighting at the core of our systems, we build to a standard that performs flawlessly for years.
How We Work
One Team, From First Idea To Lifetime Support
Every stage is engineered and delivered in-house, to global benchmarks for performance and reliability — so nothing is lost between designer, engineer and installer, and the finished system simply works.
System Design & Documentation
Comprehensive engineering packages — schematics, cable schedules and rack elevations — produced in CAD and Revit and coordinated with MEP and interior consultants, to regional building codes.
Procurement
Specialist hardware sourced through our global partner network, with long-lead-item tracking, quality inspection at origin, and full compliance documentation and regional warranty.
Assembly & Pre-Commissioning
Racks are fully populated, wired and labelled in our facility, then firmware-loaded and logic-tested off-site — so equipment arrives ready for a plug-and-play deployment.
Site Delivery — Initial & Final Fix
ELV cabling and back-boxes go in during first fix; delicate touchscreens, speakers and processors are fitted only once the site is dust-free and climate-controlled.
Programming & Commissioning
Bespoke code and full subsystem calibration, with low-latency tuning and soak-testing under peak load, refined to intuitive one-touch operation.
Handover
A complete O&M manual with as-built drawings, logic backups and IP schedules, plus personalised training so every client is fully at home with their system.
